The Restoration Process

The restoration of a scooter is an involved process best left to experts who have the experience and equipment
to do the job right the first time. Let our team of restoration specialists bring your ride back to its former glory!

When we restore a scooter, we start from the bottom up!
Frames are completely stripped and either dipped or blasted clean. They are then E-coated to seal the exposed metal from oxidation, primed, and painted.

Engines are disassembled, and the wearable
parts are replaced. Other parts are also inspected for wear and/or damage.

Scooters are then reassembled to our customer's own specifications using the best reproduction, NOS, and vintage parts available.

Upgrades, such 6 to 12-volt electrical conversions, beefed-up suspensions or more modern engines such as the powerful new 5 port are also options.

A basic restoration can take several months and costs around $3,500 and up. Factors such as the condition of the bike, various options, and paint schemes, as well as parts availability may affect total cost.
